Can I use my iPhone or Android to access my schedule?

Yes, Envision Access works with most web-enabled devices, including iPhones, iPads, Androids, and Netbooks. If you can access the internet on your device, then you can use it with Envision Access.

We also have a native iPhone App and Android App that will give you even faster access to your data.

Is it easy to set up?

Setup is simple. After installing Envision Access, you only have to setup your employee access levels from within the Envision software and it's ready to go!

Is it easy to use?

Yes! If you are familiar with Envision software, you will be able to use Envision Access just as easily. The look of your Envision Access site is very similar to what you are used to seeing in Envision.

How does it work?

Envision Access retrieves data from your business computer through a secure internet connection and displays that information on your smart-phone or home computer. All data is sent and received in real time so you have access to the latest information available!

How much does it cost?

How many users can I have on Envision Access?

The number of users able to connect to Envision Access is unlimited.

What information can my employees access?

Employees can access as little or as much information as you allow. You will have full control of security profiles, giving you different options to allow or block certain features. Employees will only be allowed to see their own schedule and sales information.

Is it Secure?

Yes, all information is sent over a secure internet connection. Only employees with log in information will be able to access your site.

Can I manage which employees have access?

Yes, as a business owner or manager, you can decide who has access to your site. Users need a Site ID, Email, and password to log in and you can control who gets that information.

How long does it take to update in Envision?

Information sent from Envision Access doesn't take any time at all to update in Envision. All transactions are in real time, giving you the most up-to-date information possible!

Do I need any special equipment in my salon?

No, you do not need any special equipment. Information is stored on your business computer as usual and Envision Access retrieves information from that computer. No additional equipment or server is needed.

How do I get started?

Getting started is easy. Just fill out the Contact Form and a Business Consultant will help you get started. Envision Access does require Envision Version 6 software.
